This Catalina 250 is a fixed wing keel version. The boat draws less than 3 feet 5 inches and is fantastic access for coastal cruising and exploring. This boat is loaded with standard features like a roller furling, transom ladder, anchor locker, enclosed heads compartment, large spacious interior, and pop-top so it is simple to sail and very comfortable aboard.

only things wrong are that the rudder handle needs replacing as the wood has cracked. Not a big job - can do it before sale if required. 

The extension to the handle of the engine has disconnected, but again a new handle and this is a quick fix. We have used it throughout the summer without it and if anything, it was easier to control.
