This specification is presented by Outer Reef Trident Inc to describe the content of its 110’ Tri-Deck Motoryacht with a fast-displacement hull form
The entire vessel will be constructed of aluminum
Outer Reef Trident Inc reserves the right to deviate from the specification as part of its continuous product development process for the improvement of its vessels
Any modification of the design, construction, outfitting, etc., which implies a change in price, weight, stability, speeds, ranges, noise, vibration, delivery time and/or affect any other element of this specification shall only be carried out upon any such modifications being approved in writing between the Owner and Outer Reef Trident Inc via a “Change Order Document”
If there are any conflicts between the “Standard Specification” and the “Contract Plans”, the “Standard Specification” will prevail
All materials used in the construction of the vessel will be conforming to luxury yacht building best practices and Outer Reef Trident Inc standards. All materials will be new and of best marine quality and suitable for their intended use
