The S380Z responds really well in light winds and can easily do 6-7 knots of boat speed on a typical light wind coastal cruising day. It also is smooth to sail when the winds pick up. Even at 20 knots of wind, the Salona S380Z is comfortable to sail without reefing and won't be overpowered and round up as many sailboats do at these wind speeds, especially those that perform as well in light winds as the Salona S380Z.
