High Performance Catamaran!
‘Destiny’ is a 2019, and the newest yacht in the extremely popular Voyage 480 line! This catamaran is an evolution of an already stellar, award-winning sail catamaran design by Voyage. The Voyage 480 has quickly and easily earned the reputation of being a strong, safe and comfortable cruising yacht, that is easy and fun to sail!
Destiny was purchased new in 2019, and was very lightly chartered in the Voyage fleet. She only completed a couple months of charter in 2020 before the BVI was shut down due to Covid. Subsequently, Destiny has been on a dock, and professionally maintained for all of 2020. Given her very limited charter history, she shows like a private yacht and is fantastic condition.
‘Destiny’ offers a beautiful, open and spacious salon with bright neutral colors offering a welcoming place to relax and dine. The galley is fully-equipped with everything needed for charter including; refrigerator, freezer, water maker, ice maker, stove, oven, and microwave. To provide even more storage space for drinks and ice, ‘Destiny’ is also equipped with a large insulated aft deck floor locker designated to serve as an extra cooler.
The exterior offers many spaces for guests to relax and enjoy their time on board. The teak aft deck is incredibly spacious, spanning the full 25′ width of ‘Destiny.’ The aft deck is also equipped with a dingy halyard with telescoping boom gantry to allow for easy stowing of the dinghy on the deck when underway. Large trampolines forward provide the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the tropical breeze while underway to your next destination.
Optimal use of space allows the sleek hulls to accommodate an exceedingly comfortable interior living space, while maintaining the performance and safety that is characteristic of all Voyage yachts. Below deck are four double cabins, all with their own en-suite electric, silent-flush head and separate shower. Each cabin has its own AC control, so you can control the temperature in each individual cabin. There are two additional single cabins forward which are typically only reserved for crew or small children as they are accessed by a small door in the forward double cabin or from a hatch on the top deck.
The Voyage 480 catamaran is fast and fun to sail with many features designed to make for a comfortable sailing experience including; a fully battened mainsail, a very upgraded electric furling genoa with foot controls port and starboard, and electric winches. Installation of upgraded Fusion/Bose stereo systems with both cockpit and spreader speakers, blue underwater lights and a propane grill render ‘Destiny’ the ideal sailing catamaran for your next adventure!
'Destiny' is available for purchase into private ownership, or she can remain in an active charter fleet in BVI.
