2013 Refit
- Two 16K Marine Air AC units for the stern cabins and main salon (forward cabins have 7K units)
- Engines were replaced with new 72HP turbo charged Yanmar 4JH4TE diesels and new SD60 saildrive units. The two blade folding props noted in the survey were replaced with three blade rubber hub aluminum props. (This boat usually has 52 HP Yanmar engines which were not able to maintain its hull speed of 9 knots into wind). The new engines are less noisy, have the ability to change the oil in the sail drive without hauling, have top speed 10K+ and can maintain 9 knots against wind and waves. (370 hours on new engines as of November 2018).

Boat was hauled in January of 2019 and following done:

bottom painted with Sea Hawk Island 44 Plus (1005) (this paint is not available in US/ past experience is good for 5-6 years in Bahamian waters
Sail drives painted with Tri-Lux 44 and new zincs
Through-hulls serviced
new Furuno 600 watt 50/200 tri-ducer installed for existing fish finder
