Delivered by Italian shipyard Codecasa in 1999, INVADER is a 49.9m (164ft) steel and aluminium yacht redesigned by Studio Vafiadis in spring 2019. This was part of an extensive refit during which the sun deck and interior guest areas were redesigned and upgraded. Impeccably maintained, wheelchair friendly and commercially compliant, she presents in excellent condition technically and cosmetically.
A good-sized sun deck has sunpads forward with privacy glass screens to stop the breeze. There is an informal dining lounge to port and a fully equipped bar to starboard of the mast that houses an elevator serving all decks. Aft of the superstructure is a large jacuzzi surrounded on three sides by raised sunpads. A crow's nest atop the mast provides incredible views.
Versatile deck spaces on the upper and main decks aft can be used for open air dining, fitness or entertainment.
Forward of her swim platform she has a spacious tender garage that doubles as a guest area once the toys are in use.
Her upper deck lounge is well suited to relaxation or entertainment, with state of the art AV systems including a large TV in the forward bulkhead, a writing desk and lounge seating to port and a fully equipped bar and an armchair snug to starboard. The main saloon is also home to lounge seating on three sides with a formal dining area forward of a room divider.
She sleeps 10 guests in five cabins: a full beam master on the main deck with office, walk in wardrobe plus his and hers bathroom in marble with shower and bath. There are two double cabins and two twin cabins on the lower deck. An extra main deck cabin, currently used by crew, could be adapted for staff, massage or other uses. She also accommodates up to 12 crew.
Twin 2,200hp Caterpillar 3516B diesel engines give her a top speed of 17 knots and a transatlantic range of 5,500nm at her cruising speed of 12 knots. Naiad zero speed stabilisers ensure comfort at anchor.
INVADER is commercially compliant and ready for her new owner.
Having just completed a thorough refit, INVADER, looks better and more elegant than ever. The stunning new interior uses a blend of wood panelling with laque gloss finish combined with creme and natural high quality fabrics for a very sophisticated look. Intricate designs using inlays of hand selected onyx and marble are used as flooring in the foyers, baths and dining room giving an artistic feel to the interior.
Entering the large all new main saloon on main deck a spacious sofa area and dining facilities have just been created and completed during the thorough refit. The elegant lines and quality fabrics makes the perfect combination for a luxurious and yet relaxing charter experience.
INVADER, sleeps 10 guests in 5 stylish staterooms, having the master cabin on main deck, with his and hers walk-in wardrobes, ensuite marble bathroom with separate shower and tub and owner's office. She has 4 cabins located on lower deck, 2 double with wardrobes and ensuite bathtubs and 2 twins with ensuite showerooms.
She has a spacious elevator servicing all decks. On upper deck the large all new sky lounge is fully equipped with a corner sofa area, Home Cinema feature, desk, bar and card table with direct access to the fully shaded dining area on aft deck. Upper deck forward a Portuguese bridge offers a totally private round seating area with shade upon request by manual umbrellas. She has zero speed stabilisers to reduce any rolling motion while at anchor.
The extensive sun deck has an oversized brand new jacuzzi with surrounding sun pads, a bar and a seating with all new fitted awnings for shade - making it the ultimate private deck for relaxation. Additionally quite unique to INVADER is the mast which has a built on observation platform ten feet off of the deck that is accessed by a ladder. Also concealed by the mast is the elevator access.
