This is a Philip L. Rhodes (world renowned naval architect) Swiftsure 33, built by Amsterdam shipyards Ltd., G.deVries Lentsch Jr. in Europe, of very high quality construction. This is one of 150 built. She has been maintained over the years and has never been neglected. She has only been on the Great Lakes. Never in salt water.
"Rana" has a fiberglass hull and deck with a powerful mast head rig, with new roller furling and 2021 genoa and 2021 mainsail. Everything is ready to go. Check out this superb classic stored inside it's entire life. Owned by only four separate sailors in all this time. She has traditional mahogany hatch covers, toe rails, hand rails and cockpit coamings. The deck hardware is all bronze. The mast and boom are sitka spruce and finished bright, as they should be.
