Membership to the Chambers Creek Boat Owners, Inc. (CCBOI) will be required as part of the transaction. The furniture, refrigerator and storage shed in the boathouse do not convey with the sale. The boathouse is part of tidal flat and monthly dues/moorage for the boathouse run less than $50/month. The dock decking is currently being replaced with TREX decking for long lasting deck material. It really is a great way to keep you boat moored and protected inexpensively with an asset - not just paying rent or moorage fees you will never see again!!
