GRP constructed with white topsides with tiller steering. Stainless bow rails and guard rails all round, with non-slip decks and coach roof allowing for safe movement around the boat.
Safe, deep, self draining cockpit with wooden slatted floor, and good outside stowage provided by three lockers.
Below decks you have good length twin berths at the bow, with hanging locker and heads, with chemical toilet and hand basin, under the mast. Through to the saloon with seating to port and starboard with table offset to starboard. Seating to port doubles up as a berth.
The galley, aft of the saloon to port, has a good sized two burner hob with grill and oven. Stainless steel sink with manual, cold water.
Good, general stowage throughout keeps everywhere uncluttered.
Mirajj's auxiliary power is provided by a Bukh DV10 single cylinder 10HP inboard engine.
Two 12V batteries provided engine start and domestic power. Batteries are recharged via engine or battery charger.
Sloop rigged yacht, with aluminium deck stepped mast. Stainless steel standing rigging and braid on braid running rigging.
Slab reefing main sail and roller furling head sail. The age of the main sail and genoa are unknown but are said to be in good condition.
Sail cover, sprayhood and dodgers are as new.
A very clean, tidy boat that underwent a substantial refit in 2007 with survey report.
