A Mark Ellis - KEEL / CENTREBOARD design. Needs a lot of work.
From forward, there is a chain locker with deck feed through a hawse pipe, next aft is a good size V Berth with removable filler section, storage space in drawers and lockers, next aft is the salon area with settees to starboard and port. The port settee has a table built in which raises and lowers. Outboard on either side are lockers and shelves for more gear storage. Next aft is the galley to port and head and hanging locker to starboard . All the way aft are two quarter berths. Note: there are two companions in this layout. One leads to the aft cabin and the other leads to the main cabin.
Topsides are navy. A couple of blemishes need to be repaired. Deck is white. Some cosmetic work is required to correct crazing on the deck. Bottom looks to have been peeled. Low moisture readings but may require more laminate to restore to original condition.
Hatches have new Lexan installed

A galvanized 25lb. CQR is stored in a cockpit locker. There is at least 100' of chain. Two fire extinguishers are on board.
This yacht is a work in progress. It needs full attention to all systems: electrical, mechanical, rigging, fiberglass cosmetics to hull and deck, wood work, etc.
Some gear is missing. The yacht needs secondary cockpit winches and three cabin top winches.
Some older gear but not guaranteed to work.
